Material is sturdy, heavy, but with just the right amount of malleability. Mine is actually 2.83" diameter (8.9" circumference). Glides in great, comes out great. I very much like the larger size of the minimal circumference ("neck"), but I do wish the base wasn't a full circle/suction cup because it's not ergonomic; sitting for longer periods or standing is kind of uncomfortable (so far). I didn't clean well enough for my most recent use, so it left a stain on the top side (no smell). All-in-all, I love it. Will probably get the medium or large next.

When I bought this I also purchased the two bigger sizes, hoping to eventually work my way up. Now I can fit my large bed knob buddy in with just a little work, and I love using this one to ride in the bath to open myself up!! I just love bouncing up and down on it as it streches me open wide over and over again!! :))) I highly suggest this product if you're looking to get a nice stretch!

I needed to make it easier for my partner to penetrate me since he is so large. When I read about the Bed Knob Buddy, it appeared to be what I needed. Oh boy! It really did the stretching that I needed with a smile on my face. It took me about 20 minutes to work it in the first time and the excitement of the first pop in send joyful pressure throughout my body. It also keeps the hole wide open since the base end is much wider than normal plugs. This is the best plug I have used and now I want to work my way to the next two sizes. My strong recommendation is to go for it. You will really enjoy the pleasure and will be really for the big guys.

this thing is great. before this i was using a doc johnson large (7.25 inch circumference) plug. I then got the ace of spades (9.74inch circumference) plug, which was way to big. i needed one that was in the middle. The small bed knob buddy was the trick! it has a circumference of 8.74 inches. perfect. plus it has a wide base so that when inserted it keeps stretching that butt hole. i got it in the 1st day with a little bleeding. it stays put thanks to the suction cup base. I highly recommend this plug for those working their way up to larger toys. You may need tight underwear to keep this plug in however. Im slim 31waist so i will be getting small boy's size briefs to keep plug in. and i will cut a slit in the crotch so my junk hangs out....hot! lol...
