Good product but not this one

I got a defective one. It stays on one setting once batteries are in and it wont change to any other setting also it will not turn off unless you take the batteries out. I have owned this particular item before so I know it's not working the way it should.

This vibrator is extremely powerful, which surprised me given its such a small size. The eight different settings are wonderful- and the last one is my favorite as it buzzes its way through a combination of all the other settings. It has a nice smooth feel to it and I would recommend it to everyone.
