This may be user issues (I'm not that experienced in the anal toy department), but I have tried this a few times and cannot get it to settle in place. At least with my anatomy there doesn't seem to be enough room between the widest flare and the actual base for the muscles to grip. It does, however, have some nice patterns as well as 3 increasing steady vibration strengths and the silicone is quite smooth to the touch. If this fits your body I suspect it WOULD be 5 stars, it just doesn't fit mine.
